USA Lockwoods - Susan's Genealogy

In March 2010, the website known as "Susan's Family Genealogy" at http://home.att.net/~jg245/ and created by Susan Godlewski was discontinued due to AT&T closing down their WorldNet Service . Susan was very kind to give me permission to host the Lockwood related pages on the Lockwood One Name Study website. There is an index of around 1500 Lockwoods with the majority descended from the brothers Robert Lockwood and Edmund Lockwood who came to the New World in the 1630s.

CAUTION - Most of the Lockwood data with numbers in brackets comes from the book, The Descendants of Robert Lockwood, by F. Holden and E. Dunbar Lockwood, PA 1889 whose work was not documented. Although it has errors, the information is useful as clues. Corrections have been made to the data.
